SFTP/SSH credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and used only to perform the actions you request. We never display stored secrets back to you and never share them with third parties.

We rely on trusted processors for payments (Stripe), email delivery, and backup storage. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their function.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
